New Member Drop/Release Form

This form must be filed within one business day after dropping or being released from your IFC fraternity. Following submission of this form, the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Affairs will reach out to schedule an exit interview to discuss your fraternity experience. 

FIRST YEAR STUDENTS LIVING IN A CHAPTER HOUSE: This form will be forwarded to Housing & Residential Life at which time a housing assignment will be made. Upon completion of your exit interview, you may go to Iba Hall to receive your new housing assignment. All first-year students if not residing in a fraternity house, are required to move into a residence hall on campus.
