By completing this form, you are expressing interest in becoming a Cowboys Care Ambassador! This program aims to train volunteers across campus to act as a hub for mental health and well-being resources. Upon completion of the required training, ambassadors will receive a bandana, button and resource cards, making you easily identifiable to students, faculty and staff as a Cowboys Care Ambassador.
In order to attend and receive a certificate at the ambassador celebration on Monday, April 6, you must have all steps completed by Sunday, April 5 at 11:59p.m.
