Our general tours are intended for individuals interested in veterinary medicine. This includes high school students, college students, adult learners considering career change, and alumni who wish to reconnect with the college. Tours provide a detailed look at our academic programs, facilities, and the overall student experience, emphasizing preparing for a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree.

To ensure a meaningful and relevant experience, tours are designed for those actively exploring veterinary education or seeking to deepen their connection to the profession and our college.

·        Tours are available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 12:00 pm Central Standard Time.

·        Tours take 45 minutes to an hour, depending on the group size.

·        Tour requests must be made 48 hours in advance.

·        Participants must be 16 years or older to attend.

·        An adult must always accompany any individual under the age of 18.

Prospective students planning to tour the OSU main campus should note that group tours starting at 10:00 AM typically last about 2.5 hours. As a result, participants will not have adequate time to attend our 12:00 PM tour, which begins promptly, as it includes other guests.
